Holly Brown

At first glance, I thought that the coffee and gelato shoppe was named Kelly Brown.  I was quite wrong, and I realized upon close scrutiny, that the correct name was Holly Brown, the script being so deceiving.  This chain is fast gaining ground in Hong Kong and China, and it seems that one of the selling points is that the gelato has very little fat content--yummy but not bad for the tummy!  Or more accurately, not bad for the arteries.  The gelato team works on the cold plate to mix and mash all the ingredients to form a round ball, and with an extremely skilled toss, the counter server then flips the gelato ball onto your waiting waffle! Quite a show, I must admit, and with it, you won't even mind the HKD60 average price for the gelato.
