Komoro Soba

I've had to plug in the pictures posted here.  Couldn't seem to find the original pictures I took at Komoro Soba over at the SM Megamall, so I decided to eat there again--lo and behold, the restaurant has an entirely different, renovated look!  About time, I guess; the old interiors were pretty much worn out, and the dark lighting then was a big turn-off.

Food is still very reasonably priced; my colleague and I had gyoza, cold soba and mixed tempura, for just under P400.  You can see that the portions were reasonably stacked.  Taste and texture isn't fine dining, but you can't complain because of the popular prices.  The only drawback of the place is that on weekday lunchtime, it's packed.  On occasion you have to stand in line for 10 minutes before being served.
