Khalid's

Khalid's is a small fast food kiosk right alongside the main entrance of Unimart along Club Filipino Drive.  I didn't give it much thought until Anita and I were overdue for lunch while doing our regular grocery.  A quick meal, I told her; we approached our random choice to be greeted by a delightful whiff of grilled meat.  Their shawarma isn't bad at all; I got the one with an extra helping of savory grilled beef (I was hungry).  It's flavored with spices and very reasonably priced.  I'll probably go back to try some of the chicken offerings next time.

Yormenok Stuffed Chicken Quirino

We've come to rely on the neighborhood fast food shops for quick deliveries.  Becca found this food shop online, the name of which comes from a word play on the Manila Mayor's media moniker.   Yormenok has an flavorful take on stuffed chicken, and it's not too expensive at around P300 each.
