The Husband's Craving
Nini and Nette found time to visit Kong and Gwammy last week. They brought a box of delectable buko pie from The Husband's Craving. When you open the box, the nutty aroma quickly fills your dining area, and the first spoonful certainly is well worth the wait. It's a little sweet for my taste, but everyone knows that I watch my blood sugar, so my aversion to sweets is sometimes discounted in the family food rating system. The pie is packed with creamy coconut meat and the top is adorned with pastry crumbs. Excellent for gift-giving!
