360 Supermarket

Many years ago, the most popular supermarket in Hong Kong was Wellcome, owned by the Jardine Matheson combine.  Some years back, I could see that City Super was the blossoming star.  This trip, we were introduced to Three Sixty, and we quickly learned that this store focused on a lot of organic goods.  Monique decided to sleep till mid-morning so Vicky and I purchased some goodies for her--brekky in bed!  Wheat bread with a choice of beef pastrami and Parma ham (Culatello no less, aged 13 months), and three kinds of cheese: spreadable walnut mix, Colby and soft Philadelphia with salmon (Vicky's all time favorite). Can you beat the resulting sandwich?  Ooh La La...
