I had time to lounge around the Robinson's Otis Mall, and decided to have a quick lunch at Hainanese Delights. For P130, I picked up The Singapore Staple, which is a combination of noodle soup and a quarter order of their Hainanese chicken. Not bad for the price; the chicken used may not have been the one that would satisfy my taste buds (the yellow-skin variety imported from Singapore has gelatin-like consistency and is perfect for Hainanese chicken), but it was large enough to satisfy my tummy. The ginger dip was quite respectable in both aroma and taste, and if you have the sudden urge to have fast food steamed chicken, this is the place to go.
