Eurobake Inipit

Vicky's client gave her some inipit from Eurobake.  This is a version of the tai-san (mamon) cake, usually with cream filling and topped with sugar, made popular in Bulacan. The brand has been around since the end of WW2, and it's pretty amusing since brand name connotes European sweets, but all the items they have are 100% Filipino!
