My afternoon meeting with colleagues in Makati was spiced up with buffalo wings at Chubby's Rib Shack at the ground floor of the Solaris building along Dela Rosa St. in Legaspi Village. It was a spur-of-moment choice, but we found ourselves enjoying the hot and flavorful wings (2 flavors, BBQ and garlic). Since we also ordered some nacho chips, and we were tempted to get a beer each, even if it were just 2:30 in the afternoon! Expect to spend some P200 per person for light snacks and matching drinks here. Next time, we'll probably try the baby back ribs, which the food attendants claim is the specialty of the restaurant.
