Scooby's has been around in Dumaguete for more than a decade, and this is one of the homegrown snack houses in this university town. While waiting for Eddie to arrive, Michaela and I bought some sandwiches here for early morning brekky. From local snacks like siopao, pancit, to Western-style hamburgers and hotdogs, to short orders like dinuguan, pork chops and beef morcon--you name it, they have their version for it! Home-style preparation, but the commercial and dining set-up is just like your average Manila-based fast-food store. Average spend for a meal is less than P100, and they have several outlets spread around the city. Comfortable eating, and affordable prices.
