Duc d'O

I picked a box of Duc d'O chocolates at Changi during my last trip to Singapore, and we had the opportunity to open the box last week.  Belgian chocolates are very fancy, with lots of molded shapes and swirls, come in various forms and have lots of treats inside--liqueurs, pastes, mousse, nuts and marshmallows.  This one did not disappoint, and the high price of the candy (I computed this at almost P70 per piece) was well worth it.  Some pieces though, are on the sweet side, and I had to stick to the less fancier ones, leaving the sweeter ones to the kids.  I just love the way they wrap the boxes, as you can see above, it's ready to be given as a present the moment you buy it from the store!
