Arny-Dading Peachy Peachy



I am such a sucker for cassava kakanins.  For our Mother Day's lunch, Tito Jorge came in with a box of Arny-Dading peachy-peachy (sometime spelled as pichi-pichi or pitsi-pitsi), famous in the Malabon area.  It's in between gelatiney and gooey but still light to the tummy.  Traditionally comes covered with grated coconut, but Tito Jorge got the one with lots and lots of cheese this time--I just can't resist!
