Vicky received a gift certificate for 2 kilos of Lydia's Lechon for Christmas and before we could even blink, the gift certificate was redeemed and the lechon was gone in a flash! The meat was tasty and juicy, and we were fortunate that the skin was still crunchy when we got home (sometimes the lengthy travel time makes the lechon skin rubbery).Thursday, January 10, 2013

Vicky received a gift certificate for 2 kilos of Lydia's Lechon for Christmas and before we could even blink, the gift certificate was redeemed and the lechon was gone in a flash!
