Erica is a true vodka fan, and when we gathered at her house to celebrate the coming of 2013, she brought out a bottle of Ketel One, one of her favorite Dutch vodkas. This 300 year old distillery still produces in limited quantities and practically does not advertise. It's 80 proof (40% alcohol), which when taken super chilled, creates a tingling sensation of freezing lava rushing down your throat! Around P1,300 for a bottle of 750 ml.
