I'm not familiar with the different types of tea. When we were invited to TWG at the Greenbelt 5 Mall for a meeting, I was pretty much intrigued with their menu, which carried such a wide variety of teas that I couldn't even begin the selection process in my head. Of course, the Singaporeans have engaged in the tea trade for more than a century, and they have even elevated the tea classification system to an art form. My choice was something that I thought would be an interesting match--vanilla bourbon tea (around P200). I was quite right! As you can see in the picture above, the tea had an interesting orange brilliance to it, and I could smell the fine wisps of bourbon over the vanilla base. Delightful, in fact!
