This is one entry about our last trip to Hong Kong that I totally forgot to make till now. Suzie introduced us to this sweet bread made by Maxim's that had a cotton-like softness and would amazingly keep soft for around three or four days. Half a loaf was just something under P100. Perfect for take home!
