It may not be gourmet quality, but the Chinese sausages of Genki aren't bad for filling up a hungry tummy. The stall is located in the fastfood area of V Mall (formerly Virra Mall) in Greenhills; P100 for 3 pieces, deep fried right in front of you. When I first saw the stall, I thought that the food was Japanese, since Genki is Japanese name. Turns out that the cooking is done Taiwanese style. Not bad for a fast snack.Tuesday, February 4, 2014
