Pizoler



I am a certified nut when it comes to liver spreads.  How can I say no?  On crackers or bread, for morning brekky, afternoon snack or early evening canapes, oh how I love it!  I mix it in stews, eat it with rice, spoon it straight from the can.  Vicky was given a container of Pizoler liver spread (shown on the left), the texture was extremely fine yet firm, spreading consistency was smooth  yet clingy.  Loved every last morsel--I finished the whole container in one sitting!  Let's worry about my uric acid levels next time...
