Went to a morning meeting at HKR along Jupiter St. in Makati, had some beef noodle soup which came in piping hot! Soup was tasty, although the beef chunks could have been boiled longer for more tenderness. The place also serves short orders and I would have wanted to try the other dishes on the menu. Pricing is quite reasonable, and I think that the average food check would come to something like a reasonable P250 per head for a quick lunch. The restaurant is located at the lower level, and a word of caution--the stairs are a bit steep.
