After our dinner at Dayrit's we walked over to the corner of Roces Avenue, where Afters is located--to be more precise, this dessert shoppe is at the ground floor of Landsbergh Place. It takes a while to get used to the dimly lit interiors, but once your eyes adjust to the low light, the place greets you cozy, almost has a jazz lounge feel to it. They have a good variety of available coffee creations, sweets and gelato that Vicky and Monique enjoyed.
The cinnamon gelato was my choice and I was very happy--you don't get to see this flavor often, and when I do, I surely pounce! The chocolate mousse and sans rival were pretty good too, flavorful yet not too sweet. You can spend something like P150 to P300 per person, depending on what you get and the length of time you spend on chit-chat.
