Macallan (10 years)

I liked the Macallan single malt Scotch whiskey that we opened.  Very aromatic, smooth to the palate.  Had a slight sweetness to it, without being obtrusive.  Single malts are pretty much unique in taste, as the taste evolves depending on the time and manner of creation (blended whiskeys, in comparison have consistent taste).  If you watch the James Bond movie Skyfall, you can see a bottle of Macallan bandied around, yes, this is good stuff!
