We went around the Lilac area to look for a dessert place, and readily found the Pink Chiffon bakeshop. Plus points--reasonable prices and the cakes are not too sweet. Minus points--while not crumbly, the cupcakes are on the dry side, and I like 'em moist, slightly chewy. For after-meal desserts or afternoon merienda with drinks, average spend is around P150 to P200 per person.
