C Italian Dining

It was an impromptu Christmas lunch for Vicky's friend who just arrived from the United States.  We decided to have it at C Italian Dining along Leviste St. in Salcedo Village.  We had tried the original restaurant in Angeles City many years ago, and we were pleasantly surprised with the elegant ambiance of their Makati location.

What else would we have but panizza and pasta?  C is famous for their panizza, which is like a thin-crust pizza eaten rolled, usually with lettuce, arugula and alfalfa.  Food comes out hot, on time, with just enough plating drama, not too bland nor too fancy.

You can spend something like P600 per head on a simple pasta meal, but if you go for the meats and the other entrees, prepare some P1,200 per head for the fuller dining experience. A note to young lovers--it's a wonderful place to celebrate those special moments with your significant other!
