Gwammy received a couple of packs of Padre's Ilocos Longganisa from her apartment tenant. I am such a fan of garlic longganisa and this was exactly what I look for. The frying aroma is absolutely divine! The Ilocos version is a bit fattier than the Nueva Ecija version though, and to those who have to watch their cholesterol count--better be warned! Padre's Ilocos Longganisa
Gwammy received a couple of packs of Padre's Ilocos Longganisa from her apartment tenant. I am such a fan of garlic longganisa and this was exactly what I look for. The frying aroma is absolutely divine! The Ilocos version is a bit fattier than the Nueva Ecija version though, and to those who have to watch their cholesterol count--better be warned!
