While there are a lot of new ramen restaurants sprouting up all over the metro, I opted to try an older one on a visit to SM Fairview a few months ago. Rai Rai Ken is one of those ramen places that have been around for some 20 years, and the menu has a little bit of everything that you find in Japanese restaurants. Pricing is reasonable and won't cost you an arm and a leg; bento boxes go for around P250, and you can almost indulge yourself with P400.
My order of seafood hotpot ramen had plenty of toppings; the soup was thick and flavorful. The dish was served in stoneware which kept the soup very hot. Cost me P149; just enough food to fill my tummy until I made it back home.
