Who doesn't love tapas? I was in Melbourne when I was introduced to the tapas bar--grab a drink and have excellent pica-pica as the main attraction of the evening; I've been hooked! Last week, Monique picked up a pack of chorizo Pamplona from Campofrio, one of Spain's biggest makers of processed meats (somewhere around P280 for 100 grams). I just love it! I can eat this on toasted pandesal, as rice toppings, or as pica-pica... Tastes great on pizza, and mixes well as a flavor additive for sauces.... mmmmm, muy delicioso!
