More lunch meetings at Mega Mall; this time my co-brokers chose aVeneto, a restaurant I haven't been to in a long time. Their first branch, if I recall right, was along Visayas Avenue, and it's been around 10 years since we last ate there (I think it was Mark's birthday).
The meatball linguine was done in the traditional style, and I was very glad that the sauce was not localized (read sweet). Serving portions are really to share. The New York pizza was heavily laden with toppings, and the crust was thoughtfully crunchy on the sides. Average food check is something like P350 per person. Not bad, considering the wide array of menu picks and the good taste of the dishes.
