Our first stop was Chicken House along Lacson St. We made sure that we would eat in this place--and we were not mistaken! The grilled liempo was utterly delicious, that my friend Bert placed a dozen advance orders to bring to Manila. The chicken inasal was sublime! Crispy skin, oozing with juices, and the basting sauce is very tasty. How do they make it so good? I think the marinade has something to do with it, and while it is oily, the oil itself is filled with yummy goodness. Better watch your cholesterol levels if you frequent this place! Estimated spend--P250 per head.
