Hobing

Monique and I will always welcome a bowl of Korean bingsu.  Such a wonderful dessert!  I'm glad that we found Ho Bing at the Bonifacio Stopover, which features some lovely flavors of bingsu--almond, strawberries, mangoes, chocolate, red beans and even green tea.  It's somewhere in between gelato and snow crush.  The flavors come alive when you top it with special condensed milk (this version is not as thick and sweet as the ones that you can buy in cans). Priced at around P150 to P350, these are available in small and large bowls.  Perfect for after meal dessert or even as an afternoon snack!
