H Cuisine



Monique and Kathy were in Makati to shop at Forever 21, which had advertised a sale.  Becca, Vicky and I had to pick them up, and we decided to have dinner at H Cuisine along Yakal St., as it was along the way home.  I had seen some internet reviews of the food, and I knew that the place was famous for Angus belly.


We started with some greens, which came out pretty fast.  The Angus plate was served on a warming candle, which was a good idea.  Meat was tender and flavorful, but I wouldn't say that is was the "most awesome" belly dish that it was touted to be.  The pasta dishes and the callos were also winners, and the kids enjoyed thoroughly enjoyed the dinner.  We spent something like P500 per person, which was fair enough, considering that we even had shared desserts.  Yes, we'll be back!
