Vicky decided to have General's Lechon for Andi's debut. I kid you not, this is, hands down, the best lechon in town. It was recommended to us by a friend of Vicky's and since that time, we have been fans! I haven't even been to their physical store because they deliver (on-time) and it is very convenient to order by phone. We have had nothing but excellent reviews from our party guests every time we make an order. The herbs give a lovely aromatic imprint, and you can drool from a mile away. Crispy skin. Perfect meat-to-fat ratio. Succulent chunks, no need for sauce (although you can pour on the sweet sauce or gravy if you still look for that). Reasonably priced. It is so good that you can make A1 sinigang from the bones, something that is hit-or-miss with other brands. Ah, truly a work of kitchen art!
