A special gift for Gwammy from our tenant--Lokot Lokot delicacy from Zamboanga! This crunchy dessert is made from rice flour and coconut, and is a welcome treat for merienda (great with black coffee). Eating, however, takes some practice; because of its crunchy nature, the strands tend to fly off in different directions if you are not careful with your bite. Also wonderful with ice cream or mais con yelo.
