Just around 5 minutes walk from Park Hotel, we found Chan Kee, a restaurant on Chatham Road serving roasted goose. Value-for-money roast goose, I might add. The meat is tender and while the skin wasn't as crispy as we would have wanted it to be, the whole experience was remarkable. The other viands we ordered were simple yet flavorful, and I was quite impressed with the discovery. I was happy that Monique and the Callar kids thoroughly enjoyed the dinner!
