I first saw the Droste brand of chocolates in Europe in the late nineties, but I never got around to purchase some. I was traveling on a tightly budgeted business trip and didn't have enough time for myself. To my surprise, I found some of their chocolate displayed at the NAIA 3, and I purchased a 100g pack of orange pastilles for around P200. This is one smooth and super delicious candy, and I am now a devoted fan! I understand that the brand has been around for more than a hundred years, and that the picture-in-picture artwork shown on its cocoa boxes is known as the Droste effect.
