I remember the songs of Mexican-American singer Chris Montez because of the hypnotizing beat and the way that he sang his songs--almost like reciting a poem, high-pitched but not at all a falsetto. He had a way with light ballads, and his style gave the songs a renewed twist. I will remember him most for his rendition of There Will Never Be Another You. Great going!
