It's one YouTube food channel that I enjoy watching over and over again. Vincenzo Prosperi of Vincenzo's Plate makes several oh-so-yummy Italian recipes and gives constructive critique on internet instruction videos made by fellow cooks and even professional chefs. It seems like during this pandemic, I must have viewed his channel around fifty times already. He comes from a long family tradition of cooks (he is not a professional chef), and this background probably gives his cooking assessments uncanny pin-point precision.
