Still on soft opening--Araya Ramen along Dela Rosa St. in Makati, right next to the Enterprise Center. Vicky recently transferred offices and this particular ramen shop is just a hop away from her new location. Verdict? Absolutely delicious. Broth is light yet tasty, meat is tender, the noodles have the right gooey-ness to it. I passed by just to have a light merienda, and it seems that I'll be back to try their sushi and sashimi items. Spent something just under P400, which is reasonable for the the area. Seating, however is a bit tight, and you'll have to eat fast and make way for the next customer as soon as you're done.
