I turned the car radio on this morning and found myself pumping my fist in the air, while driving, singing Neil Diamond's Sweet Caroline. I grew up on his songs I'm a Believer, Song Sung Blue, You Don't Bring Me Flowers and September Morn, and I've been fascinated with the lyrics and the dramatic phrasing in his music. Good times, indeed; I got to my morning meeting with a smile on my face, thinking of how sweet a Caroline could be!
