The Fortnum's Fruit Cake
I wonder how long fruit cake can last without refrigeration. Erika arrived from the United Kingdom a couple of months ago, and I wasn't able to open my can of Fortnum's fruit cake over the Christmas break. I'll keep it for a while, saving up for a time when my sugar levels take a dip. While most people prefer would prefer chocolate cake, I'd take fruit cake over the contenders any time, any day!
